2026 Worlds EMS Registration

To register all of your federation’s skiers, your designated EMS Federation User will have access to add and register all skiers representing your federation.

Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your EMS account using your Federation User credentials.
2. Go to “Competitions” and select “2026 IWWF Open, U23 & Junior World Barefoot Water Ski Championships.”
3. Select the “Participations” tab.
4. Add all of your federation’s skiers who will be competing.
5. Make sure each skier is registered in the correct division(s) and event(s).

If your EMS Federation User is unable to register your federation’s skiers, please contact Megan
Adams (girlfooter@gmail.com). She can provide temporary EMS access so you can complete the
registration for all of your federation’s skiers.

OFFICIAL ENTRY FORMS

Team Skiers

Not later than 4 weeks before the scheduled start of the Championship, each Federation intending to enter a team shall certify to the Chairman of the WBC, the Chairman of the Confederation Barefoot Council the Chief Judge and the LOC, the names of the skiers (Maximum of six for Open, four for Junior, and four for Senior) that will be skiing team members, and the events each will enter on the Definitive Entry Form. The names of up to two reserves for each team shall also be submitted on the same form.

Final List

Not later than 72 hours before the start of competition a Final Team List must be submitted in writing to the Chairman of the WBC and the Chief Judge. This list, which shall be comprised solely of skiers named on the Definitive Entry Form, shall clearly indicate which are Team Skiers and which are Reserve Skiers as well as their relevant divisions. Failure to do so will disqualify the team from the team event.

Independent Skiers

Not later than 4 weeks before the scheduled start of the tournament, each Federation shall submit the names of any of its qualified independent skiers it wishes to enter, and the event or events they will enter on the Definitive Entry Form.

Late Fee

Any Federation not meeting these requirements will not be allowed to compete until the Federation pays to the WBC a fine of $20 (USD) per skier per day after the four-week deadline, for each skier not officially entered.
